A.  Yes! Most of our design colors can be customized. We offer 2 color changes with your proof if you choose “custom colors” on the checkout form. If more color changes are needed this is an additional $15 per change. We strongly suggest asking for a complimentary printed copy proof and alternate color chart for custom colors, it will add just a few days to your turn around time but you'll be sure you like the colors.

Q.  I like the font on the sample but I don't see it as one of the font choices?

A.  Our checkout form has our most popular font choices, if you don't see the font in the sample please choose “use same as “body/text” font” for both font option choices. This will tell us you'd like the sample fonts. You can also leave us a note in the "NOTE" section of the checkout form that you'd like the fonts shown in the sample.

Q.  I don't see a place to enter my wording on your checkout form, how do I do this?

A. Once your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions for sending all wording and details for your order to our “wording” email. {{ lanibluewording@gmail.com }}

Q.  I'd like to order but I don't have all my wording ready, is this okay?

A. Yes, this is no problem. We ask for wording / details after the orders are placed and will wait for your wording if you are not ready. This puts you on our order schedule and secures your place with us.

Q.  I'm ordering a pocket folder invitation and need an additional pocket card for directions, how many cards can I fit into the pocket?

A.  We can fit up to 4 cards into the folder pocket of both our standard and square sizes. Keep in mind our suites include the RSVP card and 1 additional card. You can add 2 more cards to the pocket for an additional cost. If you choose our double thick 130lb paper for your invitation and cards, only 3 cards will fit into the pocket, only 1 additional card can be ordered with this paper choice. This option can be found at the bottom of our option list on each invitation.

Q.  I'd like to order your “Elegance” pocket folder but I don't see an option to choose the band wrap color for the pocket folder?

A. We've tried to included all possible options on our invitations without making the form too long. On the Elegance {{ and any other design }} if there is something you'd like but don't see an option for on the checkout form, please use the “NOTE” section of the form to tell us in detail your choices.

PLEASE NOTE -  If you are unsure of any choice please don't worry, we will confirm with you on all details before the order goes to production. We know there are a lot of choices to make and you may not like some of them once you see the proof all together. Colors, fonts, paper and pocket folder colors will all be confirmed during the proofing process. Nothing is set in stone until we receive the okay from you to put your order into production.
